Personal data processed
Through the contact and job application forms we process your full name, email address, phone number, company details and message content, and for job applications your CV and experience details.
Purposes and legal basis
Your personal data are processed to answer your requests, quotation enquiries and questions, to evaluate job applications and to contact you, on the legal grounds of KVKK art. 5/2 (c) — being directly related to the establishment of a contract — and (f) legitimate interest, and on your explicit consent where required.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with our email and hosting service providers, strictly for the purposes above and with the necessary security measures; they are not transferred to any other third parties.
Retention period
Your personal data are kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of that period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, to request information, to request their correction or deletion, and to object.
